We want to make sure your favorite supplements reach you quickly and safely. We cooperate with all major courier services to offer you maximum convenience:

  • Our Partner Couriers: We ship your orders using ACS, Travel Express, Akis Express, or Box Now.
  • Select Your Courier & Spot: During checkout, simply use the drop-down menu (combobox) to select your preferred courier and choose the specific pickup spot/station that is closest to you.
  • Secure Packaging: All products are securely packed in sturdy, well-padded boxes to prevent any damage or breakage during transit.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship and deliver supplements within Cyprus and to Greece.
  • Flat Shipping Rate (Cyprus): We offer a flat shipping rate of only €2.00 for all online orders within Cyprus. (Note: Shipping rates for Greece will be calculated at checkout).
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 1 business day for your order to arrive at your selected courier station (for orders within Cyprus).
  • Accuracy: To avoid any delays, please make sure your delivery details and instructions are accurate when placing your order.

📅 Product Expiry Dates

We guarantee that you will always receive fresh, high-quality supplements:

  • Real-Time Expiry Dates: You can view the accurate expiration date of each product in real-time, directly on its specific product details page before purchasing.
  • Fresh Stock: Our inventory is fully replenished every 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Long Shelf Life: All products listed on our website have an expiration date of at least 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Our Guarantee: In the rare event that a product has an expiration date of less than 8 months, we will contact you personally to confirm if you still wish to receive it before we ship your order.

💳 Payment Options

Choose the payment method that suits you best. We offer 100% secure checkout:

  1. Pay Online: Securely pay during checkout using your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you prefer not to enter your payment details online, you can pay in cash when you collect your package from the courier station (100% safe & risk-free option).

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, we’ve got you covered. CySupplements will fully replace any damaged product at no extra cost if it is received in any of the following conditions:

  1. The container is damaged and the product has leaked.
  2. The container is half empty.
  3. The container is completely empty.

⚠️ Important: To request a replacement, please contact us during business hours within two (2) days of receiving your delivery.
