T-Serum
- 2000 mg fenugreek seed extract
- 750 mg spinach leaf extract, of which 38 mg beta-ecdysterone
- 250 mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha root extract
- 500 mg Maca root extract
- 15 mg zinc
- 3 mg boron
T-Serum is a 6-ingredient plant and mineral complex. In addition to the well-known plant extracts such as Fenugreek (fenugreek) seed extract, beta-ecdysterone extracted from spinach leaves, the trademarked KSM-66® Ashwagandha root extract and Maca root powder, zinc and boron are also included in the formula.Â
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), has been a medicinal plant for thousands of years, so much so that it is mentioned in the Egyptian Ebers Papyrus as one of the herbs used for incense or embalming around 2000-3000 BC. Its active ingredients, saponins, are considered remarkable and their effects are being researched. Â
Beta ecdysterone is also known from our previous products, such as the HOS Pak product combination box called Diabolica. Phytochemicals, which are also found in spinach leaves, are involved in insect control, molting (ecdysis) and development in insects.
In India, ashwagandha (witania somnifera) is also known as Rasayana, which means rejuvenating, revitalising agent. In our T-Serum product, we use the special KSM-66® formula, which is the one used by researchers in most studies.
The range of plant components is completed by the well-known Peruvian cassava, Maca (lepidium meyenii). This cruciferous plant grows in Peru in the central Andes at altitudes of 4000-4500 metres and has been known for nearly 2000 years, dating back to the Inca Indians. Maca is an adaptogenic herb. Adaptogenic or adaptogenic substances are used in herbal medicine to stabilise physiological processes and support homeostasis.1
The product also contains zinc and boron. Zinc helps to maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood and normal fertility and reproduction.
DIRECTIONS
Take 1×5 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Recommended only for men.
